Plain-language answers to what data reaches us through this site and what we do with it.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who we are

This website (akamkt.com) is operated by ע.ש אלפא שיווק בע״מ (A.S Alpha Marketing Ltd.), an Israeli company, trading as Alpha Marketing, 18 Abba Eban Blvd, Herzliya Pituach, Israel ("we", "us"). For the purposes of the EU GDPR and UK GDPR we are the data controller of personal data collected through this site.

Privacy contact: info@akamkt.com · akamkt.com.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us: when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the contact form, we receive what you send, such as your name, phone number, business name, field and message. Details you send through the contact form are transmitted to and stored by our form provider, Jotform, and we get an email notification so we can get back to you. You are asked to accept this policy before sending. You can also contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page and time, for operation, security and troubleshooting.
  • Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address and browser details.
  • Local storage: see section 7 (cookies).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive (special-category) data, and we do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

3. Why we use it, and our legal bases

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer (steps at your request before a contract / legitimate interests).
  • To deliver the website service you ordered and communicate with you (performance of a contract).
  • For accounting, invoicing and legal obligations such as tax records (legal obligation).
  • To operate, secure and improve the site (legitimate interests).
  • Optional analytics or marketing, only if ever enabled and only with your opt-in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, to the extent needed: Vercel (hosting), Jotform (receiving and storing contact-form enquiries), Meta / WhatsApp (if you choose to message us there), Google (email and fonts). We may also disclose data if required by law or a competent authority.

5. International transfers

We are based in Israel, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Israel is recognised by the European Commission and the UK as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where data is transferred to other countries, we rely on our providers' appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US / UK-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are kept only as long as needed to reply, and deleted on request. Client data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for the periods required by law (for example, tax records).

7. Cookies and local storage

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or marketing trackers. It stores only essential, non-identifying data in your browser (Local Storage / Session Storage):

  • your choice in the cookie notice;
  • your accessibility menu preferences (text size, contrast, etc.);
  • a flag that you've already seen the intro animation during this visit.

If analytics or marketing tools are ever added, they will only run after you opt in. You can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or clear site data in your browser. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out where applicable.

8. Your rights

EU / UK (GDPR, UK GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US states: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share it). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Canada (PIPEDA) and Australia (Privacy Act 1988): you may request access to and correction of your personal information, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the OAIC.

Israel: you have rights of access and correction under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

To exercise any right, contact info@akamkt.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect data and limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

Our service is aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page with its "last updated" date.
