1. About us

This website (akamkt.com) is operated by ע.ש אלפא שיווק בע״מ (A.S Alpha Marketing Ltd.), an Israeli company, trading as Alpha Marketing, 18 Abba Eban Blvd, Herzliya Pituach, Israel, email info@akamkt.com, website akamkt.com ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The service

We design and build websites for businesses, and may offer related add-on services. The exact scope, deliverables and timing are confirmed with each client in writing (by email or message). If a specific written agreement conflicts with these terms, the specific agreement prevails.

"First version in 24 hours" means a first version ready to preview within 24 hours after we receive your basic materials (business name, services, contact details, and photos and logo if available). Timing for revisions, domain connection and going live also depends on you and on third parties (such as domain registrars).

3. Price and payment

The price for the website as offered on this site is a one-time payment of $500 (USD). You pay only after your site is ready and delivered for your review; no deposit is required. Additional work beyond that scope is quoted separately and only applies once you approve it. Third-party costs (for example a domain name or paid services), if any, are disclosed in advance. Prices exclude any taxes or bank/transfer fees that may apply in your country.

4. Revisions and cancellation

You can review the site and request reasonable changes before it goes live. Because you only pay once the site is ready, you may cancel at any time before paying, at no cost. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

5. Your content

You are responsible for making sure the content you provide (text, photos, logos, trademarks, business details) is accurate and that you have the right to use and publish it. You grant us a licence to use that content to build your site.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including design, code, text, graphics and animations, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission. The screenshots in our portfolio show websites we built and are displayed for portfolio purposes only. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

Once paid in full, you may use the delivered website for your business. Ownership of your own content stays with you. Third-party components (such as open-source libraries, fonts or licensed images) remain subject to their own licences.

7. Third-party links

This site links to external websites (such as portfolio projects and WhatsApp). We don't control their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its information are provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with a service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Search rankings: sites are built with basic SEO, but no specific position in search results can be guaranteed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page at the time you use the site or place an order.
